Spare Parts
The main spare parts of the fine sand crusher are the rotor and the hammer head, which are vulnerable parts and need to be replaced regularly. The hammer of fine sand crusher is made of high chromium alloy, the hardness is 62 ~ 65hrc, which is 2 ~ 3 times longer than that of ordinary hammer.
Working Principle
The material enters the chamber and falls on a movable hammer that rotates at high speed. After the action of hammering and counterattack, the material is initially broken in the hammering area. After repeated high-frequency beating and counterattack, the fine material passes through the grate. The oversized material is re-broken in the crushing chamber until it can pass through the grate. Therefore, the material is subjected to multiple composite impacts and crushing to achieve a fine crushing effect.
